* Custom made items, sale, and bulk orders are made to order and are not part of our Return/Exchange Policy. These items can not be returned or exchanged as they are handmade. Only items that are not personalized can be returned/exchanged. If there are any issues with your piece regarding damage, please contact us. 

At Rachel's Raindrop® Jewelry we want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 30 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. We charge an exchange fee for shipping costs back to the sender. If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, we will charge you the exchange fee plus the amount owed for the new item.

Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Custom made items, personalized items, sale, and bulk orders are final sale, although we want you to be happy with your purchase; so please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order.

*Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by Rachel's Raindrop® Jewelry will not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, Rachel's Raindrop® Jewelry must be notified via email at seattleraindrop@hotmail.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.
