We ship all orders from Seattle Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 3PM Pacific Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. 

For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 7-14 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@rachelsraindrop.com.

Please understand that we are a Micro Business and not at all comparable to Amazon, as all of our pieces are handmade, and our shipping times may vary due to various reasons. We may print your shipping label before your piece has been created or dropped off which will generate a tracking order. Please be patient and keep track of your order before emailing us regarding your order. We really appreciate your patience and understanding if this is the case.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.  All orders are fully traceable through USPS.COM or assigned shipping providers.
